Kivunim is a relatively new non-profit organization (no. 580410793) that was founded to promote youth with special needs by encouraging them to become independent, to become involved in the community in which they live, and to achieve control over their lives. The organization was founded by graduates of the Mandel School for Educational Leadership and other friends. The organization works in cooperation with governmental and private agencies and academic institutions.”

Later i had a meeting with Rachel Zemer, Director of the “Okashi Art Museum” in Acco. She showed me the inspiring rooms of the museum and the actual exhibition “Alice in Wonderland”.
